Stovetop preparation(2 parts liquid to 1 part quinoa) yields a light, creamy, nutty grain similar to couscous. This granola on the other hand, has texture and crunch, perfect for sprinkling on oatmeal or your favorite cereal.
Sweet & Crunchy Maple Cinnamon Granola
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything together, spread out on your pan and bake 10-12 minutes. Mix frequently and don’t let them burn!
